Launch ramp and parking: Launch ramp ($7 fee) is just south of the Fort Worden Beach Picnic shelter. The sandy beach works well for hand launches and beaching boats. A Washington State Parks Discover Pass is required to park within Fort Worden or you can buy a one day pass on site for $10. There is plenty of car and trailer parking between the picnic shelter and the ramp.
"Schedule" and Activities: Suggested launch time is 11 a.m. and we'll stop for the potluck supper and Annual Meeting in the late afternoon. Specific timing and activities will depend upon the weather and the boats and people in attendance. Possibilities include a trip south to Port Townsend Bay and perhaps a grand sail-by so we can get a good group photo of TSCA boats in motion. Most folks will be coming for the day Saturday, though a few may stay over. Don't let the annual meeting scare you away – it will be kept very short and you don't need to join the TSCA to be present
Food and Shelter: We'll have a potluck supper Saturday afternoon/evening and we have the Beach Picnic Shelter until 10 pm in case a camp fire breaks out.
 Although the waters are protected, the currents in Admiralty Inlet are serious, especially for unpowered boats. There are significant rips NW of Point Wilson, especially at times of stronger current. Check here for currents off Point Wilson. There is also heavy shipping traffic through the Inlet to be aware of. Point Wilson and waters north are officially off limits.
Accommodations: If you are planning to camp, make your reservations for a beach campsite as soon as possible as the campground typically fills up. There are three mooring buoys available on a first come basis for $10/night. Overnight space on the dock is also available on a first come basis for $0.50/foot with a $10 minimum.
