3/4” mahogany frames; 3/8” okoume plywood
planking; #1 DF keel (cut from a 2x10) and internal
support strips; 1x4 sassafras keelson; white oak “chafing
strips”; silicon bronze fasteners throughout;
marine epoxy in all joints and end grain; two coats
marine grade sealer then two coats marine grade urethane
paint inside and outside; silicon bronze deck hardware;
power is 9.9 HP Yamaha, four stroke.
Intended use
In lakes and reservoirs in NJ and NY as well as protected
ocean waters…fishing and motoring.
Time to build
I spent 595 hours to build the boat
which is way above average. In that time are the extra
items not in the plans.

b) The stern queen seat for storage and fuel tank:

e) Storage under twarth; and,
f) Forward anchor storage.
