New Business:
It was noted that the John Gardner Gig has not been used
by the chapter members for a group activity in nearly four
years. Discussion followed as to whether we should consider
donating the gig to another organization which would make
use of it. This item has been discussed in the past. It is
hoped that members who are interested in keeping the gig will
organize a group to row in the Mystic Light Parade on November
27th. Phil Behney offered to help transport the gig to Mystic.
Members will be notified IN ADVACE, so everyone will have
an opportunity to participate in any decision, if a motion
will be made to donate the gig to another organization.
Next meeting is scheduled for December 2, 2007 at 1:30 in
the afternoon. Ballots will be counted at that time.
Motion to Adjourn at 2:25.
