Welcome to the Florida
Gulf Coast Chapter of the Traditional Small Craft Association.
We are affiliated with the Florida Maritime Museum at Cortez
located on the sunny shores of SW Florida on Sarasota Bay just
west of Bradenton.
Our members are
interested in boatbuilding, messabouts, rowing, paddling
sailing, techniques, equipment, and maritime history.
Visit our
Great
Florida Gulf Coast Small Craft
Festival in April.
Boat building
projects are underway every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 10
AM to 3 PM at the Cortez Community Center. Drop by to chat
or LEND A HAND.
